From a job-work coil winder to an approved vendor of India's largest electrical majors — a track record built one winding at a time.

1996

Where it began

Started as a job-work coil winder for M/s. Rishabh Instruments Pvt. Ltd., winding Volt Meter and Ammeter coils, and entered the automobile industry supplying press parts to M/s. Keystone Appliances Pvt. Ltd., makers of the well-known Auto Cop brand car security system.

2007

First OEM partnership

Entered business with M/s. Crompton Greaves Ltd., manufacturing EMU coils for Capacitor Voltage Transformers on a labour-charge basis.

2008

Own-material manufacturing

Began manufacturing with our own material and developed a year-round production procedure at our Aurangabad plant, engineering a special winding process.

2010

Full-fledged production

Acquired the latest technology and machinery, moved to full-fledged production, and began importing gap cores from Enpay, Turkey — a practice that continues today.

2013

Incorporation & ISO certification

Vishal Electro Industries Pvt. Ltd. was formally established and ISO 9001:2008 certified, rated a 3-star vendor by both Crompton Greaves Ltd. and Siemens India Ltd.
